LRC Office Suites is office space simplified.

We provide private office space with shared conference rooms, reception area and office equipment. Perfect for individuals, small companies and satellite offices of larger companies.

We also provide a shared professional receptionist and administrative staff who can assist with all your word processing and other administrative needs. Our receptionist will answer your personal phone line as if you are the only business here. You pay one monthly bill that includes your rent, parking, cable, high speed internet, phone, black & white and color copies, faxes, supplies and secretarial work on an “as used” basis.

We are located in the heart of Downtown Lexington on the third floor of the Bluegrass Corporate Center.

You can walk a block or two to meetings, banking facilities, many restaurants, Rupp Arena, The Lexington Center, Lexington Opera House, Cheapside Park, Triangle Park, art galleries, Victorian Square Shops, the new court houses and many other places you may need or want to go to downtown.

If you travel often, let our staff take care of your mail and messages while you are away. We have many clients who spend the winter months out of state.

Phil Holoubek

President

After receiving his MBA from the University of Oregon, Mr. Holoubek spent several years as the Director of Marketing for The Upper Deck Company. He founded LRC in 1999, and today focuses on LRC’s downtown development projects, corporate finance, plus LRC’s advertising & marketing. Suzanne Thornton

Director of Operations

Suzanne has been with LRC since 2009. She oversees Operations for LRC. Suzanne is a licensed real estate agent and has years of property management experience. She loves working with our  clients and is highly skilled at helping businesses find the perfect office space options to meet their needs.

Jan Currens

Office Specialist

Jan joined our team in 2015. A Kentucky native, she loves that her work with LRC gives her some time in Downtown Lexington. Jan's interests include traveling, hiking, fishing and attending events such as dog shows and festivals. Jan is a former small business owner and enjoys that her role at LRC allows her to work with small businesses and entrepreneurs.
